Monica Nelson Fitness (your West Los Angeles Trainer!) offers personal training that is customized to the specific needs of the individual client. Famous for her focused workouts, Monica uses a blend of strength, flexibility and cardio training. She believes (and her clients prove it!) that you don’t have to spend hours in the gym to look and feel great. You just need to know Monica’s methods for quick and efficient training that “keeps the body guessing.”
“When you keep the body guessing about what’s coming next, you keep complacency out of your workout and accomplish much more in a shorter period of time than you ever thought possible,” states Monica. With a primary focus on HIT, or High-Intensity Training, Monica is able to work with clients privately for just 1-2 hours a week and achieve amazing results without ever hitting a plateau.
Monica personally designs every workout program to achieve maximum results for the individual client based on their unique needs. She is available for personal training in an exclusive private gym in West Los Angeles and/or in your own home. Monica also offers challenging “Fat- Burning” workouts outdoors to keep things fun and fresh.
