I needed something sweet, something that would hit the spot and not take more than 5 mins to make. I needed it NOW and with no fuss using the oven… as I was already hot and flusstered.

What to do, what to do? Then of course I realized I had all the ingredients needed to make my raw cookie dough balls. Who does not just love Raw Cookie Dough?!?! All is well now.

I love these and find that I have them “in-stock” most of the time. There are other recipes out there similar too however I make them the same every time and they ARE very consistent, easy, and just a fast recipe. I do however sometimes play with using one ingredient. I will sometimes make it exactly as I posted but sometimes I add 2 tbs of peanut butter as well. I just love all the healthy fats here and it really hits that spot I was talking about. You may want to double the recipe as it make about 7-10 balls depending on how big you roll them that is.

Enjoy~

Oatie Cups! Here is my version of HEAB’s “Oaties.” I just adore these lil treats. All-Natural Ingredients and it is the texture that you just can’t beat. They are Chewy, Bite-size, and perfect every time. I find when I make these, I keep out half and put the rest in the freezer. They are usually gone by the end of the day anyways. What I love is putting them in a mini muffin tin so they form in perfect bite-size treats.

You can change this up and add anything you want really but this is how I make them. They make for a great snack and good fuel for a pre and post workout too. Enjoy~

Oh Yes, these are amazing and easy to put together. No health tricks on this one. Unless you call molasses a health food (hey it is a great source of iron, I have done my research!) Seriously though, I love the combo here; the cashews, with oats, molasses, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and with a dash of salt to bring out all the flavors… this brittle can’t be beat.

This is my kind of treat…nutty, savory, salty, and sweet all in one. Just watch your portions and you will be just fine.

So check it out, I really hate using Corn Syrup so I use this with Brown Rice Syrup and it works great. However, corn syrup does work well here, so just know it is an option too.

This is great for having company over, excellent for gifts (travels well), and it is good for all the Holidays (Thanksgiving, New Year’s Eve, etc.)

Here are ALL my Christmas Cookies Recipes to check out too.

ENJOY~ (In moderation!)
