“SPRING” Into a Moni Tabata Workout!

| S P R I N G  G I D D Y | (sprin gi- de) n. The excited feeling you get when the weather starts to warm up. Don’t forget the new foods that come into season too (hello flavor!) and leaving the winter behind you… Whatever that may mean to you. Who is with me?

Here it is: Tabata Style. Full Body. 4 minutes.

SQUATS, PLANK, KETTLE BELL SWING, BACK ROWS, PUSH-UPS.

20 seconds ON and 10 seconds OFF. Repeat 8 times = 4 minutes. You got this!

Tabata Workout

You know I love Tabata Workouts (<— what is that?) and I created this perfect Tabata Full Body Workout that you can actually crank out at the gym with weights. It only takes you 4 minutes and as always your form must be spot on or I am NOT impressed! Go heavier on the weight portion only if you can maintain form.
