HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY WEEK!

Come train with me and my husband this Thursday and Friday February 13th and 14th at the one and only Studio K TrainingI do not know about you but I can’t think of a better idea than to fit in a killer and fun workout paired up with some delicious food from Paleta. Talk about a DREAM DATE, right!

I just love this day and the week up until it. Putting in any extra effort for those you love, getting thoughtful gifts, special Valentine’s Day cards, and homemade treats, etc. That is how I roll anyways. You know me. Speaking of treats… do not forget to check out my updated healthy treat recipes over at www.monimeals.com. <– YUM!

So time to workout and learn some seriously awesome new moves that my husband and I created for this one-of-a-kind Valentine’s Day inspired workout. Plus, I can’t tell you how good the menu of “farm to table”  dishes from Paleta will be. Remember that COUPLES THAT TRAIN TOGETHER – ARE HAPPY TOGETHER. Very True!
